First impressions and customer service really matter to me, and Trahan’s Electrical Service and Repair excels in both areas. I was highly impressed by their professionalism, courtesy, and punctuality. I certainly felt at ease, and had no reservations about having them work in my home.
Regarding the electrical services provided, Trahan’s responded promptly to my service request. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my breaker(s), which had been repeatedly tripping and causing disruptions throughout the house. Taylor, one of the electricians, took the time to thoroughly explain the issue, provide a clear and transparent quote, and suggested an appropriate solution.
Everything is now functioning flawlessly after their installation of a dedicated line and breaker. Additionally, they installed a ceiling fan I had been needing, and were sure to clean up all areas after work was completed.
